Is there any way to add files to the SD card while connected to a PC?

while connected...pull down the notification shade...and you should have an option to turn your phone into an USB storage device. Once you have that enabled...you should be able to sideload any file you want to the SD card.

yea when pluged in on the computer pull down the notification bar n select disk drive. (thats your sdcard) and thats it put wat ever u want on it
