taskbar icons

Does anyone know where i can find taskbar icon packs for the evo... i get sick of the boring white ones... I have seen them on rooted phones, but can we do this with a non rooted phone?

I'm not interested in roms, just want different taskbar icons....

You must root and flash the theme you want if I read it correctly.
