I remember that u can do dat on other old devices i thnk it was a flip phone i dnt remeber which one but it was like a 5 o 6 second wallpaper. N if we got such a monster machine in our hands n we re not able to do that mmmm somethngs wrong....

I did it on my muziq lol. That phone was a POS I broke about 10 in the year I owned them. Sorry 10 broke in the year I owned them.

You cant just recored a video and set it as wallpaper that wont work. However yes you can make live wallapaper its just a matter of how. Type how do i make live wallpaper for android and I bet you will find the answer.
