this is getting pretty annoying, I've done everything possible, tried two laptops and an iMac and no dice. I remember the first week with the phone I used to get the disk icon on the phone when connected, not anymore. Probably will have to waste my time going to a Sprint store to replicate :-/
Any new ideas?

The actual USB port on the phone is not fully functioning. Time to TEP up!

oh boy do I feel silly, I must of have restarted the phone a couple of times to see if it worked. Well I took it to the store, the guy restarted the phone and tada! it worked.
I guess if it could be that I generally go into "Running services" and stop unnecessary stuff. There has to be something in there that will make it stop working, maybe like "DMServiceApp". What ya guys think?
