Help with interactive weather

Hi guys, I got my Evo on Friday from sprint and before I got this phone I had a touch pro 2. Well, I really like having the interactive weather app on the TP2, but I am having issues with it working on my evo. I know this may be a simple fix, but I am totally new to android and I cant et this to work.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can assist me with this issue.

Its the weather that you see on the clock, on the home page.

if i'm not mistaken...if you goto the weather app...you can go under menu and have it enabled...so that the weather animation is displayed

i might be mistaken...since I have NOT played with an stock sense ROM since the second night of owning the EVO...

Thanks for your response. I have tried everything, but nothing is working. Right now all im seeing is "My location".
I have been thinking of Rooting my phone, but I have to do more reading before doing that. I flashed to many different roms on my tp1 and tp2, so I am familiar with modding.

Press Menu/Settings/Location...press location and then press Location setting. Make sure the On radio button is highlighted.

What Vegasden said, also click on the clock and press the refresh button at the bottom left corner of the screen. The Intervals for updating the weather is like default 1hr.

Thanks guys, I got up this morning and restarted my phone and when I got to my desk, I noticed that the weather was working. I have been using HTC for 2 years now, and I was too use to having that. I know some people dont like it, but I think its pretty cool. Now all I have to do is get up to speed on rooting.
