Help! Apps fail to move to sd card on evo

Ok been search every where when I try and move an app to the as card through settings it gives an error, failure to move. I am on burnt droid rom and I am rooted. I tried to move them with titanium and it did not work. Also retired to download app2sd from market will not even allow me to download it.it had an error too. Please help.

Did you do a full wipe before install burnt droid rom that can cause problems.

Yes s-off I am gonna try and flash another rom. I can't even nand backup it gives error.

just use astro file manager to back them up. in astro click menu tools application manager/backup, select apps, click backup install same way under backed up apps tab at the top select apps and click install.

Been gone a while, and keep noticing the S-Off and S-On phrase being used. Never saw that before. What is that all about?
