Set youtube video to lowest quality

Hi, i does anybody know how to set video quality in evo's youtube app to the lowest quality possible?

I know it sounds silly, but I live in asia and got slow connection here. As a comparison, youtube videos streams flawlessly on low quality with my HTC Touch Pro 2, using the same internet connection.

Thank you for responding.

From within the YouTube app -
Menu>Settings and make sure that "High Quality video on mobile" option is unchecked

I always use this setting, but videos wont streams smoothly (always freezes for buffer at some point in a video). Could it be that the large pixel of the video that fits the large evo screen demands more bandwidth? How can I resize the video output?
