Even though it seems to be working now, my speeds have decreased dramatically. Has anyone else noticed this?

Mine finally started working this morning on 3G, but only after I turned my 4G radio on. Just so everyone understands, I don't have 4G in my area. I turned my 4G radio off after about 15 minutes and everything still seems to be working.

Well, it looks like things are back to normal for me. It's weird...it lasted 2 1/2 - 3 days. I did everything in that time frame...flashed 4 different ROMS thinkning that would solve the problem. I hould have posted when I first noticed the issues...but I just assumed it was only me. Anyway...thanks to everyone for contributing to the conversation.
