new root method possibly breaking wimax firmare updates

anyone else who had 2.2 and lost root then went back and did the new update to rollback to 2.1

if you did where you able to update the firmware of the wimax radio?

so far it seems that the rollback breaks the firmware from being updated on the wimax radio.

I have tried 4 different times but still unable to flash wimax after doing the root.

I would like some others to try and see if they can.

i used the omj rom myself
and after trying to update did the adb shell / wimax_mtd and it fails to update even though it shows it did
