PRI 1.47_003 question (WM phone)

so my stock locked windows touch pro (1) has the 1.47_003 file on it, is there any way of pulling it, changing it into an update.zip file and using it for my evo (of course to post to others here if they don't beat me to it)? not paying a hundo bill for cdma workshop for this.

FWIW my tp is toased. can't get net to turn on (spent hours with sprint as it is on a live connection not being used) and I can't get wifi to work either. the screen is toasted and using mymobiler and wmdc is how i see device. do have qpst and it would be supper easy for me to get my msl (inside source).

any thoughts?
