How to organize apps in sd card into a folder structure like program files

Just hard reseted and I want to organize my folders on my sd card properly, does anyone know how to do this, I now how to move apps, is there any way to designate where also the folders used by apps. Thanks in advance.

Simple: don't. If you start moving things around, apps won't work and you'll run into all kinds of problems. Your sd card is organized the way Google intended it so just let it do its thing. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Another thing that sucks is that when you download an attachment, like a PDF, you can't put it where you want, from the email, like on WM. It only saves to the download directory, then you have to move it with Astro or whatever.
