I switched to Fresh 2.2 and got the PRI update on the second try with 786. Then Nandroid back to OMJ. Didnt notice any increase in speed here in Austin. I have two EVOs setup identical, one with updated PRI and the other without and they speed test the same with 3G and 4G.

Ya I have the same weird Verizon message when I roam. The other weird thing is I flashed a new Rom yesterday and somehow my Pri went back to 1.34.

I might flash and go back to 1.34 as well. Did not have that problem before.

i use all the codes to try to enter my MSL code but it never comes up.. it tries to bring it up but doesnt.


thoughts?

I am having the Verizon roaming problem too. I am not positive if it's because of 1.40 or the new prl because they updated at the same time.

I have 1.34 and had this issue. Don't revert. Do a profile update. That's what tech support told me to do and it seems to b working.

i haven't been all gung ho about the trying thing but since this thread has started I was on 60668 prl, started trying this method and ended up getting 60669, been dorment on trying and did an other attempt today and got up to 60670. really a simple prl update is a whole lot easier then doing this method and only getting a prl update.

the thread started when the peeps at xda managed to figure it out using unrevoked forever 3 and the op even released an update zip for 1.34 and with all this going on, no one has released an update zip with 1.40 Why? I already made the suggestion for 1.47_003 that is avail from sprint on wm devices. can someone make this easier please? like a zip i can install from recovery?

Can someone tell me how can I get back to 1.34 without loosing root?
