I've read somwhere on another thread (somewhere in upgrades section)that once you get 1.40 you loose roaming and to fix it you need to call sprint and tell them to "refresh" your phone over the air.

Well there is now a flashable PRI that we can install. I am attaching it but I did not make it. You can read about it here:
