Voice button disappearing after installing Group

Does anybody know which back-up package in titanium back-up is causing the voice button to disappear when restoring data after a Froyo install. You can restore all apps fine but after you restore system data the voice button on the keyboard turns into a language button and no matter what settings I change it will not come back unless I do a wipe on the device.
