Restoring root privelages to an application.

I started wireless teather for the first time on my evo (fully rooted with 2.2 rom etc...) When the application started I accidentally hit "deny" while the "remember my choice" checkbox was checked as the app asked for root privelages. Is there any way to restore those root privelages to the app w/o re-installing wifi teather, as this specific version is not on the market?

Thanks, after some more research I figured it out. What I should have said was "super user" not "root" access.... Eitherway a simple trip to the app store and a quick download super user whitelist app and I was good to go...

Superuser and root are the same thing, JSYK.
