Cannot update to Froyo

I have tried to do the OTA. It says no updates available. I originally had done Unrevoked, but since I hard reset the phone. I am on:
2.1-update1
1.39.00.04.26
2.5.28-a2443432
1.32.651.1 CL171253 test-keys
1.32.651.1
WebKit 3.1
1.40_003

I cannot see the update. I tried putting it on the root of the SD card and just got the Triangle with an exclamation point. Can someone please help.
