+1, Pictures and such.. It doesn't show whats on your phone on the TV.

Correction, Froyo 2.2 xx.6 OTA doesn't show the picture gallery on the TV screen via HDMI...

I could have sworn it did on 2.1.. didn't it? Did we lose this feature?

yes 2.2 broke the ability to view pictures. now only like videos, youtube, slacker, pandora? work via hdmi

Yeah I am pretty disappointed with the HDMI ability so far. With the TP/TP2 I could just play anything I wanted. If and when I do hook it up to my pico projector I have to enable the projector input over and over as the signal from the phone times out too fast when selecting different videos. Should just have an HDMI switch to display anything on the phone since it looks like you can't run both screens at the same time.

Well dagnabbit, that was a niffty feature they done did take out. Of which I had some use fer showing the pictures..

Was some mud in my face once I tried to show'd it off and it didn't work..

I was under the same impression as well! although i did watch a Hdmi demo on youtube of a guy playing youtube videos from his evo to TV...so im assuming that at least works.
