Facebook and sycning single contact?

What i mainly want is the facebook pic to show up for certain contacts in my phone. When i sync facebook, it starts syncing all contacts from facebook into my phone and putting them into my phonebook which i don't want.

Is there a way to just choose specific contacts in my phone and sync only those to facebook rather than FB syncing every single contact?

I believe you would have to go into each contact you don't want to be synced and unlink their facebook accounts.

Just keep the facebook link with the contacts you want to be synced.

I don't know of any other way.

You don't have to unlink them, just go into the contact you don't want the facebook picture for and click on the green linky thing (yes, that is the technical term). Then you will see a tiny arrow next to the picture ... click on the picture and you will get a drop-down of the pictures you can use. Just click the one you like. It even lets you choose from the gallery or take your own picture.

I do this for my older sister's contact photo because she always uses a dumb photo on facebook.

not sure if i explained it well lol.

example...i just signed in now and synced FB. the one contact in my phone book did sync up fine...however..there are other FB contacts showing up now in my phone book which were not originally there. They only appeared because they are on my facebook. I dont want all my facebook contacts showing up in my phone book

OK ... go into contacts and click the menu button, then click view and you get a list of the contacts you want to show ... like google, facebook, phone ... You can click as many or a few as you want.

Just happened to me. My wifes old FB contact is now showing up, instead of her new 1. Yet all my other friends are showing up with their new pic. FB is probably messed up again
