Froyo update from Verizon towers?

Ok I'm currently using the 00001PRL from XDA (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...696073&page=54) so I'm on verizon's towers. Will I still get the OTA update for Froyo or should I update my PRL back to sprints 60668?

Why don't you just go into settings and see for yourself.

Was curious about the notification rather than the manual checking for updates.

Who cares if you are notified of it or not, if you can't manually update it then it probably won't notify you anyway. So since the update is now available just check to see if you can get it.

If your connected to a Verizon Tower that is shared with Sprint..then yes you will still get the update...Sprint/HTC is doing sectional updates meaning certian areas will get it before others..but I believe if you do a manual upgrade it will work...it just isn't being pushed to you area yet.
