At DC area almost all the time just reach 4.5mb dowloding and 1mb uploding even after new wimax

Not to brag I had 9.13MB/S download * .87MB/S upload here in Orange County this morning, 4G is leaking out here unofficially and NO ONE is on it.

in creve cour when I was there visiting the inlaws I was lucky to get 3mbps but out here near chicago im used to JUST slightly under 9mbps.
