android Wireless Tether not working on the latest 2.2

not even 2.0.5-pre6 so im going back to the leaked 2.2 for now until a working one is out

maybe someone have it working please advice

I tried netarchy's kernel and it still doesn't work for me. The app works and my laptop connects but the app doesn't give my laptop permission.

yup. working here too. rooted; using a rooted ota 2.2 with the kernal flashed over it.

ok got it working, rebooted my laptop

Newest WiFi Tether program ends in Pre7, does work with the new 2.2 without custom kernal.

I installed the OMJ 2.2 with stock kernal (rooted), and then put the newest wifi tether on it, rebooted, and tethering now..

everything working good!

pre7 wouldn't work for me on s3vo 1.2 froyo but pre6 works perfect

pre7 doesn't work on Fresh's newest 2.2, will check out pre6

Confirmed, pre6 works for Fresh! I am also using Netarchy's Kernal

I am typing this on a laptop tethered using OMJ 2.2 based on the stock de oxed with wireless tether 2.0.5-pre4 came pre loaded with OMJ ROM. If you can read this then it works without issue.
