What is it you type into the browser address bar to get to settings?

Can the browser be configured so that every time you open the Internet App it takes you to your home page instead the last one you visited? I couldn't find it even in the expanded settings mentioned above. Thanks.

Close the net app. Otherwize it is still on and you just went to home (today screen)of phone while net is still on. Happens most with opera mini.
