Leaked 2.2 really Official? Thoughts?

Ok, so my buddy has a non rooted EVO 4G, and just got the 2.2 update. Here is the OMJ ROM build's vs his Stock Rom.

VS Stock 2.2 (via my camera)

To me the code looks like it is the same version, making this OMJ a official ROM? Thoughts?

The build numbers and the PRI is different.

As well as the software numbers.

Build is slightly off but realistically, I would rather have any of our developers ROMS over stock even if I didnt lose my root.

Cmon, support readily available vs. a new update every 7 mos.

Pri is how they exploit , and yes, but are there any changes in that or did they just change it because there code leaked.

We would never know. Only HTC knows the real answer. Either way, a COOKED rom is better than any official ROM.

Side Note: Waiting patiently for AVA's Evolution V10 base off the " Official 2.2 ".

Exactly! Which is why I'm still on 2.1, I'm waiting to see Wut Omj and Chris1683 cook up wit the "official froyo" ....no offense to the other chefs...however my 2 favorite chefs have yet to come to android
