Update Archive Without Extracting: For Theming!

Im On A Mac. I Need Something Like 7-Zip So I Can Go Into A Archive And Add, Edit, And Update It. Any Suggestions? I Found "Better Zip" But Cant Find How To Edit Files Within A Archive But It Says It Does That.
