Some movies just don't shrink?

Hey guys! I've gone through 17 WM phones. Now I've got the EVO. (4 of them actually...wife and 2 friends on same plan)

I've noticed over the years that when using Plato DVD shrink and Handbrake...(and a few others)...that some movies just don't shrink. They just throw the DVD shrink program into some continual "thinking" mode. Doesn't matter what PC I use...XP, Vista, W7...

Example:

I can shrink Spiderman 2 and 3...but Spiderman 1 basically freezes the shrink program. Same thing goes with Daredevil and F&F. I've tried several shrink programs.


Any ideas?

How much would you shrink it down to? I have Spiderman on my sd card and it's only 783.32M

Sometimes these programs have problems if the original discs have any scratches on them.

I have run into that a couple times. For the stubborn movies, dvd-shrink then handbreak worked for me. If there was a scratch it would cause an issue though.
