Re: Bricking my EVO while installing a rom

So putting the battery back in turns on the phone? Unplugged? With battery out hold volume down and power and then put the battery in??

Re: Bricking my EVO while installing a rom

Can you get into recovery mode? Turn on your device with ‘volume down’ pressed and select ‘Recovery’

Re: Bricking my EVO while installing a rom

You got that error more then likely because you didn't wipe the dalvik, cache, and wipe everything before installing the rom. Boot to recovery, wipe everything, then re-install the rom.
