remove tracks from stock media player

Ok so the stock media player is adding all the sounds to a game I got and there are like 100 is there a way to remove those from the media player? Ive looked but it wants to delete the files entirely.

Let me start off by saying stock music player blows.Two ways I've found around that is create a play list with only music (yes it is a pain.) Another route is to use a different media player, I like btunes.

add a .nomedia fime to the game folder. google ".nomedia". Don't forget the "."
