sync Contacts with Outlook I lost "FileAS" field

When I try to sync my outlook contacts to my EVO I loose the "File AS" field.

I had all my contacts for companys listed by company name then name of the person in the "file as" field and tp2 would list them this way.

The new evo is listing all people.

You can not even search for a company/organization in the search field.

So when I try to get retrieve a company which is now called and Organization, unless I know the persons name I can not retrieve it.

Any solutions out there I have google this and searched ppcgeeks for the last hour to no avail!!

Any suggestions how do people have their contacts in evo/gmail when they can remember the company, and want to see the persons name when they call to be polite!
