Automatic sound for calendar events (like in Windows Mobile)

OK, I searched, and could not find anything, and if it is not on the Droid I will be disapointed, but on my Touch pro, I could set my sound to automatic and when I had a meeting, the phone would automatically go to silent, no more ringing, phone to dig out of my pocket or loud notifications in the middle of a meeting.

Does this exist on my Evo?

I need an app that will only check email between hours I set for weekdays and differenet times on weekends, but more importantly will put the phone in vibrate when I have a meeting set on the calendar.

Im willing to pay for one that works like my TP did.
