Only real way we can do it right now is by using lockbot from the market.

Some wall papers will let you do it as well. I purchased the nexus boot live wall paper and in the settings there was a toggle for unlock sound and it let me choose my sound.

Forwarning, this sounds way cooler then it actually is. I had Droid as the unlock sound it got old within a day. Now I just prefer it to be quite lol. On another not my phone tries to hard to be a nexus one lol.

Nah, I used to use S2U2 on my TP2 and had it set up to play the sound when you open and close the codec in MGS, I loved it

I was using the droid sound and I was also doing some development on the phone so it went off a good 100 times in one day. At first I was yeah it says droid and now everyone knows its an android lol. By the end of the day I was thinking how dorky I was going to look lol I kept it on for a few days and got some great looks. Not that I care what others think I just more or less got annoyed and alothough I could have use another sound I just figured screw it less noise is better with my phone the only thing currently set to make a noise is the text and the cell, everything else viberates. But this is all a matter of prefrence right.
