Image Backup and Network Browser

Does anyone have a Great app that would do something similar to SPB Backup and some thing that will allow me to browse the machines in my network (so i can copy Doc, PDF, Music, Pictures, Videos to my phone/SD card)

I have been looking for it and found Astro but it doesn't seem to work.

For backing up i tried an application called MyBackup, which doesn't create and image which is what I'm looking for. If any of you is familiar with SPB Backup then you will understand what I'm trying to do. I use Exchange so I'm not concerned about Contact, Calender and mail but it is so much better to have an image and be able to restore back to how it was.

I have no ides what kind of keyword to use but hope someone has a great app out there. Free or paid is ok with me.
