The entire messaging application started force closing on me while I was at work today. I could bring up my messages, but if I tapped one to open the conversation, the app would force close. I didn't get any messages all day either. I'm reflashing at the moment, so we'll so he it goes.

Why would I spend more time installing apps that suppose to come with the rom. The camera look great but have bad recording quality. I'll wait till the official Froyo 2.2 release. Damage Control is by far the BEST CUstom ROM for 2.1

Installing more apps? gapps is nothing more than a .zip file with all of the standard apps bundled together, which takes less than a minute to flash. No effort required.

All aosp roms must have all the Google apps bundles outside the main rom. It's part of Google's licencing agreement

I don't know why people are having so many problems with this Ron... its working great for me..... I have been waiting so long for a fully working 2.2 rom!!! This Rom is great! Thanks!!
