Sprint measured bandwidth accurrate?

Just curious, anyone else having ridiculously reported data usage on their sprint account for your line? I know the Evo 4G is supposed to allow you for a 'better experience' but this seems out of whack.

fyi...i'm rooted and did some tethering with my wi-fi iPad but just about 3 days for less than an hour.

Currently with 3 days left in the month, Sprint reports:

Sprint Data
Used 8,779,248KB/ Unlimited

Wondering what everyone else close to the end of the month is seeing.

I will tell you at one time i checked it was at like 2,000,000,000 but at the end was only like 500,000,000

ok im at 800mb, the wife is at 1.2tb but that has to be wrong, she usually only uses very little data and we reset the 27th

1.2tb ummm wow, thatd be impossible, sprint has to be wrong.. i only get about 30gb tops and im constantly tethering.. not on an evo of course

Well shit I would be pretty impressed that the network hadn't crashed if your wife really was using that much data, must be a mistake. I have only used 1.8gb, and most of that was from using Slingplayer.

My most recent bill (which started just a day or so before I got my Evo on launch day) shows my usage as 1,560,407. It doesn't specify if that's bytes or kilobytes, though... I suspect it's KB because my wifes line shows 829,429. She has a Hero and uses Pandora a lot...

Isn't that only 8GB? Every movie I stream to my Netflix Roku box is about 1GB, so that doesn't seem excessive to me
