gmail contacts show no info on evo

in gmail, my contacts show all the right info, however, when they are transferred to my device, only the name appears but no details. What should I do?

Ok, I played around and this is what I found. In Outlook 2002 if you export with comma separated fields it doesn't do it accurate. However, if you do Tab separated it works.

I hope this will help someone else.
