Is it possible to disable the automatic OTA update pop up notifications?

It's not that big of a deal but I don't like having to hit "do not update" once every day.. knowing my luck the phone wont be in my hands when the prompt comes up and my girlfriend or one of my friends will tap "update" screwing over my root

If it's been covered I did searches I swear, thanks for any help regarding this issue.

ill be completely honest..i was afraid to select htc software update because i thought it would start downloading and install the update right away

I rooted my phone with the unrevoked method and have not received any update nags yet. I checked and the phone was set to check for updates. I changed it to not check for updates now since I want to remain rooted until someone comes up with a fix post update. Don't know why I never got the initial update request.

Root with Fresh I never get asked thank goodness...
