PRI 1.34 instead of 1.40 - Page 3

I have problems with any updates not working. My self device services tool just spends and then my 3g stops working and I get the infamous 67 error.

Well, is there any way to go back to the sprint stock rom of 1.32.651.1 non-rooted and get back PRI, PRL, Radio, ect.?

Then I could start over.

Tried that it didn't work for me

I went back to 1.32 from a 1.47 rooted Rom and then ran the 1.47 shipped Rom exe but the pri was still at version 1.34.
