battery indicator is either way off or sucks a mean battery. my charge was at 100%. I unplug, jump in my truck n go to text and was at 94. that was less then 5 min after unplugging it after charging all night. now 20 minutes after pulling off charger I'm at 89. that sh!t is garbage

Re: Display Actual battery %

I use Mini Info, it has battery percentage, SD card memory, and internal memory as well.

Dude..its not the program...its an issue with htc software, as i had the problem before i even installed that..try this: charge your phone overnight, take it off charger in a.m....it drops to like 94% in a few minutes right?....now plug it back in and as soon as the light turns gren, take it back off...i do that with my car charger and take it off around 7 or so and 2 hours into it i still have 88 to 90%..

problem only happens with battery indicator that I'm aware of but I'll try that n also try a different battery app

Re: Display Actual battery %

I use SwitchPro Widget. It can be found on the market ($.99), or can be downloaded from XDA. It looks just like the Power Control widget, but has 7 buttons, instead of 5. One is a battery status. Works great.

Re: Display Actual battery %

I was looking for the same thing but not a widget per say. More like how the patch for my Palm Pre did. It replaces the battery icon or adds a percentage icon in the taskbar.

Re: Display Actual battery %

Batteryminder puts the percentage on the left side of the status bar, and percentage plus estimated battery time remaining when you pull down the nofications panel.
