Re: weather not working properly
install anything in the past few days? you're talking about the clock that shows the weather on the lower part of the clock? try re-installing the 'htc clock' widget (i think the second style clock)
when you open 'weather' and go to 'settings' is the update automatically have the green check mark?

Re: weather not working properly
Ive had issues with CURRENT weather detecting. Is your city in the list of cities to add? If so, you can remove the widget and add it again then select your city when prompted...if you want your citys weather on the widget.

Re: weather not working properly
I had the same issue after the update. Remove and reinstall the widget, then check update automatically under menu/settings in the full screen weather screen. You can set it for once a day if you're worried about battery life, but right now, the flip clock widget will not display local current weather unless this is checked.
Interestingly, even when automatic update is not checked, it will display the weather of another city. I guess another workaround would be to add your local city and set it to display that. |

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1-update1; en-us; Sprint APA9292KT Build/ERE27) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)
My son had an issue with the weather "update auto" box not highlighted. I went to settings, then "Accounts and Sync" and had to check auto sync. I know this kinda late. |

Re: weather not working properly
Check your data connection. I've noticed this on my EVO the last couple of days and noticed that my 3g link was gone. Rebooted and all was well. be nice to figure out why, but even with that, I'm rebooting far less than when I had my TP.

Re: weather not working properly
I manually reboot my Evo, though not for this purpose. I have found that once a day keeps the Bluetooth headset connecting properly; otherwise the phone rings, press the button, hear it in the ear for a moment and then nothing - it does not transfer the call to the headset - gotta use the handset. Off/on takes care of it for the remainder of the day.
