Right now they are working on getting their own patched update back up and running for those who have unrevoked root who DID NOT do the HTC update.
If you did the HTC OTA update, then your options are to wait for a new unrevoked root method or do a "full" or "hard" root via a different method. You might want to look into simple root over at XDA.

according to what i've read at xda, the OTA update changed the boot loader and none of the root methods work.
unfortunately, before i applied the OTA, another post had said that simply reinstalling unrevoked re-rooted the phone. yeah, not so much. something about waiting for the experts...
