On you phone hit the menu button and then click settings... Scroll all the way down to the bottom and select "System Updates". From there select "HTC Software Update" and then click Check Now. It will contact the server and should report an update is available...

Follow the onsreen directins from there...

Me, I'm downloading now!!! Here we go!!!

Man, I started the process and forgot to remove my SD Card...

Just as a precaution, I would recommend to all to remove the SD Card as I remember someone stating that they did a wipe and it formatted their SD Card in the process...

Better safe than sorry!!!
