Question [SOLVED] Help...What is this icon in my notification tray?

Can anyone tell me what this bullseye icon is (red arrow pointing to it)? It's bugging me and I want to turn it off. Just started sometime in the last hour. Tried uninstalling a few apps I recently installed, but no change. Didn't see it in the Evo manual either.

I have noticed this as well in a few of the custom roms. Like fearbasel04 said its just the location icon. Enable your GPS and it should suddenly look familiar to what you are used to.

And how did you get the Gmail icon to look like that? Thats pretty sweet.

Thank you both for the fast response. I am on Calkulin's custom and that is where it must have came from. Turned on GPS and it went to the normal one.
