reset to factory

I don't know what happen but my evo would not ring for crap..it would just show miss call ontop.reset my fon and nothing was back to normal..any ideas?

You might have to hard reset. Did you install anything resently?

Actually just cleared all data..even gmail..exported contacts to card first

Did you check ringer volume? Is your phone set to Sprint only?
