Change default Video Player

I recently installed TVsersity on my home PC which is supose to be able to stream video to my android using an app called nswPlayer from the marketplace. However, I can't seem to get the default browser (or even dolphin or any other browser I tried) to recognize that as my default video player or to even ask me which video player I want to use. Can anyone help me make that my default video player?
