Question Sound profile for sleeping?

Does anything exist like a sound profile that you could use at night when you are trying to sleep? I'd like a widget or something that would allow me to shut off all sounds and vibration EXCEPT if I get a phone call.

My point is, if someone is calling me at 3am, it must be important. I don't want all the other beeps, buzzes, etc that are useful during the day when appointment reminders pop up, texts, emails, etc.

I'm using Sound Manager. you can individually schedule all the notifications, alarms etc to shut down and leave the ringer on.

then you get SMS to. Do that said above and disable SMS notification? not the easiest but would work.

Sound Manager seems buggy to me. It doesn't reliably work. Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong.
