Okay the local Radio Shack where I got mine put me on a waiting list until the next batch comes out. They told me I would have to return the phone, go back to my old phone, then come back when new ones are in stock before my 30 days return expires. Can you PM me on what I should do?

i would talk to the manager, if he doenst know then move up the chain. What we have been told to do(at least in my area and it sounds like others) is we can do whats called a feedback and they will send us a new evo from the warehouse specifically for a swap for a defective unit. The are 3 evo's in my entire district and these 3 were for swaps. so you shouldnt have to return anything and repurchase

Okay I will try that. I am going to wait another week before I return it and dig up my old touch. I'm hoping new EVO's are being released soon with fixes in place. Thanks!
