[Solved] Can't set ringtones to contacts!

I have the EVO and I am having an issue that is truly driving me insane! I have set custom ringtones to my contacts in the people app, but when they call, I just get my default ringtone. Any idea as to what is going on?

Edit: I am running stock rom and when I view the contacts, it shows the right ringtone, but again, it will only play my default tone. Notification tones work fine. Please help!

Edit 2: Using Taskos as my task killer and I noticed this problem occurred only after I used the "kill all" button. Once I learned this, I reset my phone and began to manually stop each individual application that started after the reset to see what process was causing this when stopped. Unfortuantly, after stopping every process, my ringtone still worked. Again killed all and my problem reared it's evil head. This leads me to the conclusion that a hidden processes was causing this. Unfortuantly, I have had to uninstall Taskos to ensure that it does not kill that process.
