Dude, this thread is 5 months old! I imagine that update is pretty far down level by now.

Yeah I know but it keeps telling me to update! When I download and try to install, it bombs on me. I currently have 2.8.0.1055 and have downloaded 2.8.0.1092 from multiple sources and it keeps giving me the same error.

Reinstall your rom and you won't get the error anymore. Then install the file from the earlier post.
