HTC EVO Going to sleep, not turning back on

Has anyone experienced their EVO going to sleep and not cutting back on....simular to what the HTC Touch Pro 2 was doing.

This has happened twice to me, and I had to take the battery out to restart it. Ive had mine about 3 weeks.

Yeah I've had the same problem both before and after flashing a custom ROM

ok.. i dont have any custom roms installed on mine. everything is stock
