Anyone know when the next shipment will be? Its been about 2 weeks I am waiting for Sprint to get more Evo's so I can order though telesales.

My other order was placed on June 10th. They told me yesterday that they were still out of stock.

i could see that being true for the separation thing, but that's it. even then, i think theyd take longer than the first 3 weeks to start fixing that issue. the touch pro1 had a lifting faceplate problem and they never fixed that. the ungrounded screen responsive thing is already being worked on via a patch from htc and i bet the 30fps cap is also gonna be fixed with a software update

This is a popular phone at the moment, one of Sprints best in quite awhile *cough*...It's not hard to believe it would be sold out in most places. They did under estimate demand sure..But mostly word of mouth advertising pushed it out there. Imagine if they would have thrown some money behind it. They will have a slight problem in the next couple of days...Being realistic. Don't you think they would love to move as many as possible beforehand?

The sad part about this whole out of stock discussion is that it is BS. Most stores have the phone in stock but are only giving the phone to new customers. How do I know this? I have 2 friends that work at Sprint and they were given instruction not to sell the phones to active customers. Hell, I even saw a guy tell an existing customer that they were out of stock and a different person walked in to start up service and the rep gave that person a new EVO. My jaw about hit the floor. IMO this is a shitty thing to do but thats business for ya I guess.
