The sad part about this whole out of stock discussion is that it is BS. Most stores have the phone in stock but are only giving the phone to new customers. How do I know this? I have 2 friends that work at Sprint and they were given instruction not to sell the phones to active customers. Hell, I even saw a guy tell an existing customer that they were out of stock and a different person walked in to start up service and the rep gave that person a new EVO. My jaw about hit the floor. IMO this is a shitty thing to do but thats business for ya I guess.
